At Earth Haven, we're committed to getting your grounding products to you quickly and safely. Below you'll find all the information you need about our shipping options, delivery times, and rates.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has shipped.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional shipping time and fees.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
- Track your package directly through the carrier's website (USPS).
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
- If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us.
Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
- We cannot modify shipping addresses once an order has been placed.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or express shipments.
Delivery Issues
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office.
- Earth Haven is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.
- For lost packages, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We recommend adding package protection at checkout for additional peace of mind.
