Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.
- Cancellations requested after 12 hours may incur a $25 restocking fee.
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped or in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Exception: Damaged or defective items may be returned regardless of sale status.
Promotions & Giveaway Disclaimer
One complimentary item per order during promotional periods, while supplies last. Promotions may change at any time without prior notice.
- Free items are not eligible for individual refunds or replacements.
- All items in a promotional bundle must be returned together for a refund.
- Missing free items will have their retail value deducted from the refund amount.
- No retroactive discounts will be applied to previous orders.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
- Shipping fees and package protection fees are non-refundable.
- We do not offer price matching or competitor-based refunds.
- Used items returned after 14 days may qualify for store credit only.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- This fee covers inspection, sanitation, and processing of returned items.
- No restocking fee will be applied for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported immediately.
- Photos or video documentation are required to process damage claims.
Address & Delivery Issues
- Address changes are not possible after the order has been shipped.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Earth Haven is not responsible for stolen or missing packages marked as delivered.
- Reshipment requests may incur a restocking and reshipment fee.
